This is the Main Section. It is the most-comprehsive part of the website. Its features include:
A master menu (the dark box near the top of each page) which contains links to a wide variety of specific listings.
Extra links in some entries, e.g. concert programmes, additional organ information, organists' biographies or websites.
Thumbnail pictures of venues, plus 'mouseover' symbols indicating refreshments available, console on view, etc.
Countdown displays showing the number of days to recitals. Options for sharing concert details.
Clickable TfL logos, for appropriate London entries, linking to details of engineering works that may affect journeys.
"Location & enquiries" pages which include venue contact details (for queries) and multiple map links (e.g. plan, aerial,
street view, plus a route planner with the destination postcode pre-entered). Also, travel information (e.g. railway stations,
parking arrangements) and links to additional transport/travel websites. London travelcard zones are noted, where appropriate.
Each listing is colour-coded, with a pastel background indicating the day and, across its top, a darker stripe denoting the
start-time group; grey for mornings, green for lunchtimes (12–2), blue for afternoons, red for evenings (from 6). The day colours are blue for Monday, pink/Tuesday, green/Wednesday, orange/Thursday, grey/Friday, brown/Saturday, yellow/Sunday. In the case of online-only recitals, to which there is no public access, the right side of the listing is white.
