How much does it cost to advertise concerts on organrecitals.com?
There's no financial charge but your website (if you have one), concert publicity, and recital programmes must mention this site, e.g. "For future local and national concerts, see www.organrecitals.com" (if you'd like an organrecitals.com logo for your website, click here). Also, you should report any cancelled recitals or revisions to concerts already listed. Your attention is drawn to the few Terms and Conditions near the bottom of this page and please note that only recitals in mainland Britain (i.e. England, Scotland, Wales) will be listed.
How do I submit concert details to organrecitals.com?
Simply send an e-mail to webmaster@organrecitals.com - include attachments (e.g. pdf files, Word documents) or links to webpages, if you wish, but please ensure the details listed in the box below are provided somewhere. To save yourself time and effort, you may want to check if the concert is already listed - someone else may have submitted it. To do this, (a) consult the Index of Venues, (b) click on the place concerned, if present, and (c) check if the concert is included.
Required information for all submissions:
The name of the venue.
Contact details (e-mail address and/or 'phone number) to be published - for inquiries about recitals at this venue.

Provide these four pieces of information if the venue has not appeared previously on organrecitals.com - for a list
of venues that have appeared on the site, click here (opens in a new window and takes a few moments to load).
1.The venue's website address.
2.The venue's postal address - including county and (most importantly) postcode.
3.Details of local train stations, bus services, parking arrangements, etc.
4.The recital pattern (e.g. weekly, monthly), if there is one.

Details of each recital should include:
Day and date. Time (from-to). Admission prices (e.g. full, concessions). Organist's name and location
(e.g. "Stephen Disley, Southwark Cathedral", "Jane Parker-Smith, Concert Organist").

Note: You may be asked to provide the organ's stop list and/or a photograph of the venue's exterior.
