GALLERY – REGAL, MARBLE ARCH
Regal,
Marble Arch
The Georgian-style Entrance Vestibule, circa 1928. The Stalls Lounge was of Oriental design, and the Circle Lounge was "Adam". The Tea Room, with its spectacular view of Hyde Park, was in the "Modern" style. It's easy to understand why Gerald Shaw - the Regal's last organist - referred to the place as "the Paddington Museum of Fine Art".
